LeAnna is a songwriter from Milwaukee, WI who is thankful to have played venues all over the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast. Since moving to Charlotte in 2013, she has founded and curated one of the South’s only festivals of it’s kind, BLA/ALT Festival: Black Alternative Music Festival. Some other highlights include opening for Emily King, Black Joe Lewis & The Honeybears, Dorothy, and THEESatisfaction at the Cactus Club and Milwaukee Pride 2012-13. She has also played Black Dot Music Festival in Chicago and Rivers of Honey in NYC.
AZUL or AZL is a solo project by Azul Zapata. Her sound is as multicultural as her background. Hailing from Argentina her music ranges from jazz, latin folk, blues, r&b, to soul. Originals are lyrically-driven pieces from the jumbles in her head and heart. She hopes you listen and understands her goal: to tell her story.
Arsena Schroeder is an independent recording artist with soul and pop influences. Based out of Charlotte, NC, Arsena took the leap as a full-time artist in 2012 after playing the local and regional scene. Her first recording, The Abundantly EP was recorded in 2012 and produced with fellow college alumni, Brandon Snow. The 4-song project was a mix of songs written during Schroeder’s college years.
