During the spring of 2020, Chad (like the rest of the world) found himself stuck at home due to a stay-at-home order in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. With nothing else to do, he assembled a small home studio and began to reach out to some of the best musicians across the United States. Chad collaborated with studio musicians such as Aaron Sterling (drums), Mike Harris (guitar), Billy Justineau (keys), JT Cure (bass), Ian Taylor Sutton (pedal steel), Kristen Rogers (vocals), and many more to form a timeless sounding Americana / alt-country record. “The Man I Am” is the name of Chad’s debut record and was released on July 1st, 2021.
